• Images you capture or upload – Photos of vehicle panels taken within the app for paint analysis purposes.

• Purchase information – Transaction records processed through Google Play. We do not directly collect payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide AI-powered vehicle paint analysis results
• Process and fulfill in-app purchases
• Improve application performance and user experience
• Diagnose technical issues and crashes

3. Image Processing

Photos taken or uploaded within BoyaRadar are sent to our secure servers solely for the purpose of performing AI paint analysis. Images are:

• Transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections
• Processed to generate your analysis report
• Not used to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

5. In-App Purchases

BoyaRadar offers in-app purchases (single report, report packages, and unlimited access) processed through the Google Play Store. All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Google. We receive only confirmation of successful purchases and do not store payment card or banking information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

BoyaRadar is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
